ZETLab software basics, working in the ZETView environment and programming using the ZETLab-Studio developer tools.
Review
The course is a practical course of training with ZETLab virtual instrument programs, developing ZETView SCADA projects and programming using the ZETLab Studio developer tools.
The purpose of the course is to teach you how to use ZET software and hardware to independently measure, analyze and study signals and data obtained using our products.
Audience:
- Beginning users of ZET products;
- Users who already use ZET products;
- Customers who decide to purchase ZET products.
Prerequisites:
Experience with the Microsoft Windows XP operating system.
Equipment and facilities used during the course
- ZET 017 Spectrum Analyzer;
- ZET 210 ADC-DAC modules;
- Sensors;
- ZETLab software;
- ZETView SCADA system;
- ZETLab Studio developer tools.
The course will cover
- Hardware:
- Spectrum analyzers;
- Vibration test control system;
- Strain-gauge stations;
- ADC-DAC boards;
- Primary transducers (sensors);
- Software:
- Virtual PC-based devices;
- ZETLab range of virtual instruments;
- Range of virtual instrument components of ZETLab Studio developer tools;
- ZETView SCADA system:
- ZETView as a tool for technological process automation;
- ZETView as a tool for building links between the various ZETLab programs.
- Components of ZETView virtual instruments and analogs of ZETLab software.
- Description of ZETView SCADA projects:
- Main program window;
- Operator and designer interface;
- Basics of working with virtual instrument components;
- Nomenclature of components;
- Imitating new virtual instrument components using the Script component;
- Using the Script component to specify sequences in which components are accessed (calling methods and properties);
- Creating linkages between the ZETView virtual instrument components to build a software module that performs a logical completed action;
- Maintaining, opening and running ZETView SCADA projects.
