A shaker is a vibration testing or calibration machine with a platform on which products can be attached for vibration testing or sensors for calibration or checking. There are multipurpose and special-purpose shakers. The amplitude and vibration frequency of a multipurpose shaker can be smoothly changed within a certain range by using a vibration test control system.
Our shakers are designed for an extended period of operation, are highly resistant to transverse vibrations and have high axial stiffness. The shaker tables are equipped with a pneumatic load compensation system, which ensures retention of the central position of the mounting area, even with a large mass of product being tested.
The main components that make up the installations - the shaker, the modular solid state power amplifier, the presetting and measuring instruments - are executed on a high technical level using modern technology. Developed measuring and presetting equipment allows you to automate the testing process and bring the tests themselves as close as possible to real-life conditions. The equipment allows you to create and measure sinusoidal, random and shock effects.

The shakers can be equipped with horizontal sliding tables. The direction of vibration may be vertical or horizontal. The shakers have pneumatic load relief of the moving parts. The amortization system of the shakers' housing provides vibration isolation in the operating range of frequencies and eliminates the need for a special foundation in most cases (with vertical and horizontal vibration). The shakers are equipped with class D air-cooled amplifiers (efficiency of about 96%, TIRA or LDS power modules). They are all air-cooled except for the water-cooled UVEP 80000. All prices include delivery, setup and certification of the shaker installation.
In accordance with the customer's technical design assignment (TDA), we customize the shaker table, changing the optimal combination of amplitude-frequency characteristics, mobile coil current and amplifier power. This increases operating efficiency for one type of testing, for example, the impact test, by reducing the capabilities associated with other types of testing, such as sinusoidal or random vibration. The use of unique materials and technologies in the manufacture of our shakers ensures reliable operation over long periods of time while maintaining a high level of vibration parameters.
