ZET 110 sound level meter, vibration meter and data recorder |
|
The vibration meter, sound level meter and data logger is a 1-channel device with an LCD screen and keyboard. The ZET 110 is designed to measure the parameters of signals from different sensors, measure noise and vibration levels, display the measured parameters on the screen and continuously record the signals to the internal nonvolatile memory of up to 2 Gb.
Its modular internal design allows us to manufacture the device for various applications:
- Seismograph - with a frequency analysis band up to 100 Hz
- Vibrometer - with a band up to 2 kHz
- Sound-level meter - with a band up to 25 kHz
- Acoustic and sonar meter - with a band up to 100 kHz
- Acoustic emission gauge - with a band up to 1 MHz
When connected to a PC via a USB 2.0 bus, the ZET 110 turns into a full spectrum analyzer that you can use to conduct spectral processing and measure the electrical parameters of signals. All of the recorded signals are available for processing by all the ZETLab software products. The signals are measured and analyzed with high accuracy. The built-in ICP standard amplifier allows direct connection of accelerometers and ICP microphones. The device does not require an external power source. All you need is a PC with a USB 2.0 bus. Time of continuous operation while preserving the technical characteristics: at least 8 hours You can process signals in real time and process recorded temporary implementations.
Additionally, the ZET 110 can be equipped with accessories for connecting various sensors: force sensors, acceleration sensors, microphones and sensors with 4–20 mA standard current output. The ZET 110 can work in offline signal recording mode to the internal drive of up to 2 Gb.

When measuring, you can use common frequency filters:
- HP1 - for measuring vibration acceleration in the frequency range from 1 to 20,000 Hz
- HP3 - for measuring vibration acceleration in the frequency range from 3 to 20,000 Hz
- HP10 - for measuring vibration acceleration in the frequency range from 10 to 20,000 Hz.
These filters are used to measure vibration acceleration without correction. The HP1 and HP10 filters are used to remove low-frequency signal components often associated with spurious noise and distortions from the measurement results.
It is also possible to use integrating filters:
- Vel1 - for measuring vibration in the frequency range from 1 to 330 Hz
- Vel3 - for measuring vibration in the frequency range from 3 to 1,000 Hz
- Vel10 - for measuring vibration in the frequency range from 10 to 3,000 Hz
- Dil1 - for measuring vibration displacement in the frequency range from 1 to 18 Hz
- Dil3 - for measuring vibration displacement in the frequency range from 3 to 57 Hz
- Dil10 - for measuring vibration displacement in the frequency range from 10 to 181 Hz
- VelMF (machine filter) - for measuring vibration on stationary machines in the frequency range from 10 to 1,000 Hz (in accordance with ISO 10816 and GOST 25275 (ST SEV 3173)
Frequency-correcting filters may be used to measure the impact of vibration on the human body:
- W-Bz - for measuring overall vibration (corrected vibration acceleration) in the vertical plane of the Z axis (in accordance with ISO 8041 and CH 2.2.4/2.1.8.566-96)
- W-Bxy - for measuring overall vibration (corrected vibration acceleration) in the horizontal plane along the XY axes (in accordance with ISO 8041 and CH 2.2.4/2.1.8.566-96)
- W-Bc - for assessing the effects of vibration on a person through a seat back (in accordance with ISO 2631 and ISO 8041)
- Wk - for measuring overall vibration acting on a person along the Z axis (in accordance with ISO 8041, ISO 2631-1 and GOST 12.1.012)
- Wd - for measuring general transport vibration acting on the human body along the XY axes (in accordance with ISO 8041, ISO 2631-1 and GOST 12.1.012)
- Wh - for measuring overall vibration affecting the human body (in accordance with ISO 8041, ISO 2631-1 and GOST 12.1.012)
- Wc - for assessing the effects of vibration on the human body through a seat back (in accordance with ISO 8041, ISO 2631-1 and GOST 12.1.012)
- Wj - for assessing the impact of vibration on the head of a person lying down (in accordance with ISO 8041, ISO 2631-1 and GOST 12.1.012)
- H-A - for measuring local vibration (corrected vibration acceleration) acting on parts of the body along the three axes XYZ (in accordance with ISO 5349 and CH 2.2.4/2.1.8.566-96)
- KV - for measuring general vibration on ocean and river vessels (KV=W-Bc+28.9 dB)
Three types of filters are currently being used in Russia for certifying workstations and performing sanitary and hygienic evaluations : W-Bz, W-Bxy, H-A.
In acoustic measurements, the weighing filters A and C are used.
