VS-01 Vibroacoustic system |
|
The vibroacoustic system is designed for measurement, monitoring and diagnostics of vibration and acoustic parameters of machine assemblies, mechanisms and parts. It is also used in various types of vibroacoustic testing and noise measurement.
Scope of use:
- Short- and long-duration vibroacoustic testing of engines, turbines, parts and various mechanical assemblies
- Continuous monitoring of stands
- Studying the transfer characteristics of sensors
- Localizing sources of vibration and noise
- Monitoring vibration and acoustic loads at facilities
- Evaluating the acoustic and sound insulation properties of structures
- Checking accelerometers on shakers and drumkits
- Predictive maintenance of engines and machine parts
- Studying rotating parts
- Vibration and acoustic bench tests
- Monitoring and diagnostics of gears, rotors and turbines
- Bearing diagnostics
- Automated shaker (vibration) control system
- Checking sound level meters and vibrometers
- Shock testing when testing resistance to mechanical stress.
The vibroacoustic system is designed on the basis of the ZET 017-U8 multi-channel acoustic band spectrum analyzer and is listed in the State Register of Measuring Instruments.

Calibration of amplifiers using the equivalents of sensors is provided for in order to take into account corrections in the measuring paths.
Several vibroacoustic systems can be combined with a single workstation to create a system for collecting and processing vibroacoustic information. The processing results are transferred in real time to a workstation on an Ethernet LAN. The workstation plays the role of a remote graphic terminal of multiple vibroacoustic systems, managing the operational modes and the selection of the functions being carried out. The interface of these complexes with all the features is implemented on the screen of the workstation. New software versions and temporary realizations of digitized signals can be transferred through the communication line.
By connecting multiple vibroacoustic systems to a single workstation, you can operate them simultaneously. Thus, analog signals can be converted simultaneously in all the measuring channels of all the systems, making it possible to conduct cross-spectral and cross-correlation analysis of signals digitized in various vibroacoustic systems.
It makes sense to use a distributed system for collecting and processing information when the sensors and converters are located in a confined space and the operator's station cannot be set up in close proximity to the place being monitored. Setting up the system in this way saves you money because there is no need for signal repeaters, analog transmission lines or additional means of protection (shielding, lightning protection, etc.).
It is possible to put together a vibroacoustic system based on an industrial computer without a monitor and keyboard.
