Connecting a spectrum analyzer by Ethernet

Connecting a spectrum analyzer by Ethernet

Connecting a spectrum analyzer by Ethernet allows you to place the user’s station away from where you are testing or monitoring. A PC can be connected to the analyzer via the Internet if you register the IP addresses of both. When using a local network with repeaters, the maximum distance can be several tens of km. Multichannel distributed systems are set up according to this scheme.

This connection also ensures complete galvanic isolation of the analyzer's measuring circuits and the computer's signal circuits, which reduces the level of induced 50 Hz interference.
